The DLC's have been taken off the Steam Storefront as a result of the issues to prevent more disgruntled customers, which is an understandable thing to do.
I've always wanted to get the extra downloadable content for Dead Rising 2: Off The Record on Steam but it seemed to suffer from some issues so I've put it off for a while. My name is and I'm an avid fan of the Dead Rising series.
